Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full supply chain cycle: procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
• Identify and execute process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with SLAs
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership on supply chain performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and sales to forecast demand and align supply
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA or certifications like CSCP/CIPS are a plus)
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory systems, and demand planning
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore (Singaporean / PR / valid work visa)
