Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Buyer and Supply Chain Manager at the company, you will play a crucial role in managing the source, negotiation, and contracts for the Manufacturing Category. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end Source to Contract cycle, managing RFx activities, and collaborating with the strategic team to implement the Manufacturing category strategy. Additionally, you will be in charge of stakeholder management, both internal stakeholders and supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the source, negotiation, and contracts for the Manufacturing Category - Oversee the end-to-end Source to Contract cycle - Handle RFx activities - Collaborate with the strategic team to implement the Manufacturing category strategy - Manage stakeholder relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers Qualifications Required: - Experience in sourcing and contracting for Machinery & Equipment, Consumables categories - Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management abilities with global/regional suppliers - Interpersonal skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced matrixed environment - Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications - Excellent written and verbal communication - Problem-solving skills - Highly motivated drive - Good knowledge of both oral and written Korean and English languages - 7+ years of experience in managing the Manufacturing Category - Business Degree or equivalent qualification - Supply Chain certifications such as CIPS or IIPMM will be advantageous Additional Company Details: In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a company that is shaping the future of mobility by creating advanced safety systems and high-performance electrification solutions.
