Supply Chain Lead - MoSYou will be a part of IGT MoS team based in Pune or Best , NL & will be accountable for the end-to-end supply chain execution for MoS Business. The Supply Chain Lead has a direct responsibility for Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing (internal and external) & Delivery.

Your role:

  • Accountable for establishing and communicating a vision and strategies that achieve high service, quality, compliance, operational excellence, project execution and cost effectiveness across all products within the segment.
  • Align metrics and KPI’s, including annual targets – to enterprise and benchmark.
  • Manage ISC P&L deliverables and Cash flow.
  • Develop key talent strategies – short and long term – to improve capabilities and diversity/inclusion.
  • Build a customer centric Supply chain and mindset in leaders.
  • Manage talent across organizational boundaries, both within and outside the integrated supply chain organization; “own” and develop talent jointly with key business stakeholders.
  • Responsible for optimizing the Mobile surgery supply chain, business strategies and enterprise supply chain strategies and processes to drive growth through efficiencies and performance improvements.
  • Assure key strategic plans and resources are effectively delivering value in alignment with commercial, and segment strategies. Examples include Network/Footprint Optimization, Design to Value, Value Chain Management, Technology Innovations, Collaboration with suppliers.
  • Execute and strengthen processes to enable effective portfolio management and drive flawless execution of MLDs including Lifecycle Management and New Product Introductions.
  • Drive innovation in support of SC, manufacturability, Installation, and process development.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and agility ,embed lean principles in day to day practice.

Other Duties:

  • Build strong partnerships with R&D and Commercial in-segment to drive these processes.
  • Lead large transformation efforts within the mobile surgery business supply chain organization aligned with the business requirements and global supply chain strategy of IGT systems.
  • Champion development of the E2E operating model; shape and communicate value proposition and strategies to business partners; work jointly with business partners to provide value to the customer.
  • Create, support, and reinforce an externally focused culture that instills best practices through benchmarking and understanding customer needs; Instill greater rigor in measures of productivity, customer centricity, and innovation.
  • Align with internal business partners and regional partners to execute deliverables and anticipate future customer needs.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is an asset.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in a medical Supply Chain environment, including in multiple of the following functional areas: production, planning, customer service, sourcing, supply chain, quality, program management.
  • Advanced understanding of end-to-end supply chain, with advanced financial understanding grounded on strong customer centric knowledge.
  • Strong global experience and cultural understanding.
  • Ability to articulate a vision, engaging and mobilizing employees around that vision, and delivering superior value.
  • Driving long-term, profitable, and sustainable growth in multiple functions, businesses, sectors and markets.
  • Leading people through organizational uncertainty or key change initiative such as transformation, growth scale of business and portfolio changes.
  • Creating and sustaining a culture of quality and compliance that encourages open communication, reporting noncompliant actions, taking corrective action and holding self/others accountable.
  • Exceptional ability to develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies while, at the same time, driving for analytical insights and execution.
  • Experience in change management and leadership.
  • Approximately 15% travel as required.

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.This is an office role.
