Supply Chain Executive

Job Title: Supply Chain ExecutiveJob Summary

The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, logistics, vendor coordination, and order fulfillment. The role ensures smooth operations, timely delivery, cost efficiency, and effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities1. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, timelines, and payment terms with vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.

2. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory to avoid overstocking/stock-outs.
• Plan and execute purchase orders based on demand, lead time, and consumption patterns.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory in ERP/software.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

3. Logistics & Dispatch

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Handle transportation planning, route optimization, and follow-ups with transporters.
• Ensure proper documentation for shipments—GRN, challans, invoices, e-way bills.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery or shipment issues.

4. Order Processing & Coordination

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and finance teams.
• Maintain order tracking sheets and share updates with internal teams.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on procurement, inventory, logistics, and order status.
• Maintain systematic documentation for audits and compliance.
• Analyze data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate/PG in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.

Experience:

• 1–4 years of experience in supply chain/logistics/procurement roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
