Role Overview
The Supply Chain Executive will independently manage key client accounts and act as the central coordinator for procurement, production planning updates, and dispatch scheduling. The role ensures seamless order execution, on-time delivery, and smooth internal communication across departments including Procurement, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics.Key Responsibilities
1. Client Account Management (Supply Chain Focus)Serve as the single point of contact for all supply chain-related queries for assigned key clients.Share regular status updates on procurement, production progress, and dispatch plans.Ensure commitments made to clients are captured internally and executed as per timelines.Maintain client-specific trackers for POs, timelines, material readiness, and dispatches.2. Procurement CoordinationRaise PRs/indent requests based on confirmed client orders and BOMs.Follow up with Procurement to ensure timely material ordering and vendor confirmations.Monitor RM/PM availability and highlight risks or shortages proactively.Coordinate alternative material requirements with NPD/QA in case of delays or shortages.3. Production Planning & ExecutionCoordinate with the Production Planner to align production schedules with client delivery timelines.Track batch progress, filling/packing schedules, and in-process QC stages.Escalate delays or constraints to the Client Success Lead and internal stakeholders.Ensure accurate and timely updates in production trackers.4. Dispatch & Logistics SchedulingPlan dispatches based on client PO deadlines, stock readiness, and logistics lead times.Coordinate with Warehouse/Logistics for vehicle scheduling, documentation, and shipment execution.Share dispatch confirmations, GRN follow-ups, and invoice details with clients.Maintain dispatch MIS for all allocated accounts.5. Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with QA, QC, NPD, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless order flow.Participate in internal meetings to represent client priorities and operational needs.Support the Client Success Lead in improving systems, reducing bottlenecks, and enhancing client experience.6. Data, Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate trackers: RM/PM availability, production status, dispatch plans, and client SLAs.Prepare weekly reports for clients and internal review.Ensure all documentation (POs, PRs, invoices, COAs, QC release notes, etc.) is properly maintained.Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields.1–3 years of experience in supply chain, production coordination, or planning (preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharma manufacturing).Strong command of Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight timelines.High ownership mindset and attention to detail.Key KPIs
