Product Growth Executive

As a Product Growth Executive at KAIN Cosmeceuticals in Khopoli, Maharashtra, your primary responsibility will be to manage the operational ramp-up of existing products. You will play a crucial role in coordinating between cross-functional teams to ensure that supply scales efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time as demand increases. Your experience in new product launches will be an advantage in handling production complexities, vendor alignment, and quality considerations during scale-up. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute the scale-up of existing products based on sales velocity and forecasts. - Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and planning teams to align supply with demand. - Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in raw material availability, packaging readiness, and manufacturing capacity. - Track and manage timelines for volume increases while maintaining product quality and compliance. - Update and maintain scale-up trackers, production schedules, and risk logs. - Collaborate with New Product Development (NPD) and Sales teams for demand projections and input coordination. - Provide support for supply chain planning through data analysis and coordination with third-party vendors. - Identify process improvements to achieve faster turnarounds and cost optimization during scale-up. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Pharmacy, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. - 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or product development. - Experience in handling or supporting actual product launches (NPD or commercial scale-up). - Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with a process-first mindset. - Proficiency in Excel, production planning tools, and basic supply chain principles.,
