Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading a team to meet and exceed customer expectations. Your role will involve coaching, training, and developing team members, preparing and presenting reports to key stakeholders, resolving critical issues with root cause analysis, and liaising with vendors when necessary. Additionally, you will assist in audit operations, develop controls and procedures for policy compliance, provide back-up support to team members, and perform other assigned duties. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the team to meet and exceed customer expectations. - Coach, train, and develop team members. - Prepare and present reports to key stakeholders as needed. - Resolve critical issues with root cause analysis and corrective actions. - Liaise with vendors to develop solutions when necessary. - Assist in audit operations and implement recommendations. - Develop controls and procedures to ensure policy compliance. - Provide back-up support to team members as needed. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and constantly evolving environment while handling multiple priorities. - Excellent organizational, planning, time management, and analytical skills. - Strong team-building, interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills. - Ability to manage a diverse workforce. - Knowledge of ADP, Workday systems, and ServiceNow ticketing system is an added advantage. Additional Company Details: This position involves interacting with personnel at various levels both inside and outside the company. These interactions require strong interpersonal skills, judgment, tact, and diplomacy when troubleshooting problems and communicating status with internal and external customers. You will need high attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude. It is essential to have strong personal credibility and the ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders, serving as a role model for values, ethics, and integrity.,
