Supervisor, Learning Systems (Functional Solutions Specialist – L&D) role based in our India Global Business Services Office.

The candidate is expected to reside within India.


Responsibilities:

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:


Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with L&D stakeholders to collect and document their tech requirements related to LMS systems
  • Partner with AMS for LMS configuration. Assess the effectiveness and suitability of existing LMS software and tools, and recommend enhancements or replacements as needed
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design LM S solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic priorities


LMS Deployment:

  • Support the deployment and management of LMS systems across markets and functions, ensuring that the LMS tool suite effectively meets the needs of learners and aligns to the overarching business goals
  • Identify and resolve deployment issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient process by promptly developing and implementing solutions


LMS System & Process Management

  • Assess the effectiveness and suitability of existing LMS software and tools, and recommend enhancements or replacements as needed
  • Support the manager with requests for system configuration, upgrades, and all requests for application changes, customizations, and/or minor enhancements
  • Create and develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, data models, and process maps
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity with LMS technology solutions
  • Ensure LMS systems and processes comply with regulatory requirements and maintain data security and privacy standards


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Technology, or related field
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
  • Experience in Learning & Development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of learning & development trends, regulations, and best practices
  • English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)


Mandatory Skills:

  • SABA (LMS) or SAP Success Factors LMS
  • Learning Experience Platforms (Edcast / Degreed)
  • Expertise in designing & testing - Learning platforms
  • Stakeholder Management


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years expertise in HR Systems Expertise & technical knowledge in Learning Management Systems
  • Technical knowledge in Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills
  • Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations
  • Strong business acumen
  • Open to learning new systems and processes
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter
  • Strong ability to influence others; able to build and drive a strong business case for people as a growth driver
  • Continuous improvement and growth mindset
