Job Purpose/ Summary

To ensure efficient and effective functioning of Coating plant in shifts and proper maintenance of machines in the plant

Job Title

SUP-MM-Maint-Coating Monitoring of equipment operating condition during the shift and understanding its health condition. Interaction with production team (Engineer/Operator. for receiving micro level equipment behaviour Feedback. Ensure structured inspection / monitoring of system (Hydraulic, Water, Pneumatic, Power, Ambient. attributes. Gap Analysis of system attributes (Pressure, Temperature, Vibration, Current, Voltage, Humidity etc.. Cause Analysis at the initial stage for GAP, performance deviation and any kind of abnormality. Resource Management (Man power, Material, Cranes, Cross Functional support. for any kind of surprise abnormality during the shift -- With objective to restore the normalcy.

Principal Accountabilities

Plant round for each equipment observation to understand its behavioural change. Receiving the feedback from production team in terms of consistency of Product Quality, Productivity and the process parameters --- alongwith the any change in functioning of machine operation. Recording of system critical system parameters like Hyd Oil level, Hydraulic Pressure, Oil and Water Temperature, Cooling Water pressure, Air Pressure, Humidity Level and Voltage, Current in defined format of "Measurement Points". Comparing the system attribute values as compared to norms/range and the previous values and identification of Gaps. Summarizing the probable reason for GAP and physical verification of "reasons" accordingly. Upon observation / receipt of any abnormality/problem -- cross functional co-ordination alongwith manpower mobilization to restore the desired normal status.
