Job Title

SUP-Desgn-Proj-ProjectsThe Engineer in the Projects Design department, designated as SUP-Desgn-Proj-Projects, is responsible for overseeing and executing design projects within the pipe manufacturing sector. This role requires a deep technical understanding of API and ISO standards, ensuring that all design outputs meet industry specifications. The engineer will lead with vision, focusing on customer needs and ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals. A key aspect of the role is resource management, optimizing the use of available resources to deliver cost-effective solutions. The engineer will also be responsible for fostering interdependencies within the team, promoting a collaborative work environment. Additionally, the role demands a strong commitment to Quality Health Safety & Environment (QHSE. standards, ensuring that all projects adhere to these critical guidelines.

Principal Accountabilities

Lead and manage design projects ensuring compliance with API and ISO standardsbr Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align project goals with customer needs and organizational objectivesbr Optimize project operation and maintenance costs by providing costeffective solutions and utilizing available resources efficientlybr Ensure the production plan is executed by ensuring the readiness of plants for all projectsbr Provide errorfree drawings and increase team efficiency by creating a design standard component librarybr Develop subordinates in 3D modeling and Finite Element Analysis FEA to enhance team capabilitiesbr Maintain a strong focus on Quality Health Safety Environment QHSE standards throughout all project phases
