Job Title: SuccessFactors Specialist Department: HR Technology Location: Corporate Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Role Summary We are seeking an operational SuccessFactors expert with 3+ years of hands-on experience to manage end-to-end system issues across all SuccessFactors modules. This role will act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, configuration, and daily operations of SF platforms, ensuring seamless HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. System Operations & Issue Management: Resolve end-to-end operational issues across all SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, PMGM, Recruiting, Learning, etc.). Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and system stability. Manage ticketing queues (ServiceNow/Manage engine) for SF-related requests from HR/employees. 2. Configuration & Maintenance: Execute configurations (non-development) for workflows, permissions, and reports. Support quarterly releases – testing, documentation, and user communication. Maintain integration health with payroll and other HR systems. 3. Stakeholder Support: Partner with HR Business Partners to address process gaps through SF solutions. Conduct training sessions for HR teams on SF functionalities and updates. 4. Compliance & Best Practices: Adhere to security protocols and data privacy standards. Document SOPs for recurring issues and operational workflows. Hands-on experience in manufacturing/electronics domains with: Multi-tier workforce (office workers, plant staff, contractors) Multi-BU/plant environments Time & Attendance systems for shift workers Qualifications & Skills: Must-Have: 3+ years of operational/administrative experience in SuccessFactors (all modules). Certification in at least 1 SuccessFactors module (preferred). Strong knowledge of HR processes (hire-to-retire). Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving SF issues independently. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT Good-to-Have: Basic understanding of integrations (with SAP, Kronos, etc.). Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA). Competencies Problem-solving – Ability to diagnose and resolve complex SF issues. Stakeholder management – Collaborate with HR teams and IT.
