To be successful in this role, you should have at least five end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors PMGM/Succession & CDP Modules, be familiar with the latest Goal Management Module, gather and analyze clients" business requirements, configure/design SuccessFactors and related systems based on HR best practices, lead documentation processes for release/refresh activities, handle customer interactions effectively, provide support for pre-sales activities, and lead end-to-end PM/GM/SC/CDP implementations.
