Job Description

We are Hiring for SAP HCM SuccessFactors for Pune location.

Location - Pune

Years of experience - 7-10 Years

Skills - SAP HCM, Employee Central, HR modules , SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver
SAP SuccessFactors EC projects
(planning execution completion).
Act as
IT SME
for EC and its
integration with SAP HCM (PT/PY)
using
BIB & BADIs
.
Support
global HR transformation
via a greenfield EC implementation.
Handle
incident resolution
,
system operations
, and
integration maintenance
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Work in
Agile/Scrum
setup using
JIRA
.

Qualifications:

Degree in
Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent
.
710 years
experience in
SuccessFactors EC
(certification preferred).
Strong knowledge of
SAP HCM–EC integration
,
middleware
, and
BIB
.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience with
Agile methodologies
(Scrum/Kanban).
