SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop applications using
ABAP RAP
on
SAP BTP ABAP
Design and implement
CDS Views
,
Behavior Definitions
, and
Service Bindings
.
Create and expose
OData services
for Fiori applications and external APIs.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform
unit testing
,
automated testing
, and
documentation
of developed components.
Ensure compliance with
clean-core principles
and
upgrade-stable extensions
.
Integrate SAP systems with external platforms using
REST APIs
and secure protocols.
Support deployment and maintenance in
agile project environments
.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in
SAP ABAP
, including
OO ABAP
.
1+ years of experience with
SAP BTP ABAP
and
RAP
.
Proficiency in
CDS Views
,
OData
,
SAP Fiori/UI5
, and
ADT in Eclipse
.
Strong understanding of
SAP S/4HANA
,
SAP Workflow
, and
Standard Reporting
.
Experience with
Entity Manipulation Language (EML)
and
Behavior Pools
.
Knowledge of
optimistic/pessimistic locking
,
determinations
, and
validations
in RAP.
Familiarity with
Git
,
CI/CD pipelines
, and
cloud extensibility
.
