We are expanding and inviting applications for the following roles:

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling & Admin Executive, located in Gurugram. The Telecalling & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and their families, providing comprehensive information about international universities, courses, career pathways, and admissions processes.

The role involves guiding students through applications, documentation, timelines, and the complete admissions journey while maintaining and updating student records, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The executive will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations, Admissions, Visa, and Content, to deliver comprehensive end-to-end support, ensuring each student receives a high-quality, ethical, and transparent experience throughout their study abroad journey.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Counsel students on international universities, courses, and career pathways

•⁠ ⁠Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and structured counselling sessions

•⁠ ⁠Guide students through applications, documentation, timelines, and admissions processes

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Admissions, Visa, Content) for end-to-end support

•⁠ ⁠Ensure each student receives a high-quality, ethical, and transparent counselling experience

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Mandatory: Prior experience in study abroad counselling (USA/UK/Canada/Europe/Australia/etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication & presentation skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong command of English & Hindi

•⁠ ⁠Ability to handle queries with empathy, patience & professionalism

•⁠ ⁠Organised, proactive, and student-outcome driven
