Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Counsellor, located in New Delhi. The Study Abroad Counsellor will guide students in selecting suitable universities and programs based on their academic goals, preferences, and career aspirations. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing detailed application support, assisting with visa and admission processes, conducting pre-departure orientations, and addressing any queries related to studying abroad. The counsellor will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of global educational systems and ensure a seamless experience for the students. Qualifications Proficiency in counseling and providing guidance on university selection, visa processes, and career pathways. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to research and stay updated on global educational trends and university admission requirements. Organizational skills to manage multiple students and processes efficiently. Experience in educational consulting or a similar field is an advantage. Proficiency in using technology and tools for record-keeping, reporting, and managing communication workflows. Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
