Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Counsellor, located in New Delhi. The Study Abroad Counsellor will guide students in selecting suitable universities and programs based on their academic goals, preferences, and career aspirations. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing detailed application support, assisting with visa and admission processes, conducting pre-departure orientations, and addressing any queries related to studying abroad. The counsellor will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of global educational systems and ensure a seamless experience for the students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in counseling and providing guidance on university selection, visa processes, and career pathways.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to research and stay updated on global educational trends and university admission requirements.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple students and processes efficiently.
• Experience in educational consulting or a similar field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using technology and tools for record-keeping, reporting, and managing communication workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
