Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Counsellor based in New Delhi. The Study Abroad Counsellor will be responsible for advising and guiding students on admission processes, selecting appropriate universities and courses, and preparing necessary documentation. The role also involves assisting with visa applications, addressing student queries, and conducting informational sessions about global education opportunities. The counsellor will provide personalized support to ensure a seamless study abroad journey for students. Qualifications Experience in counselling, education guidance, and providing tailored advice Strong knowledge of university admissions processes, documentation requirements, and visa procedures Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously Proficiency in English; familiarity with additional languages such as German is a plus Knowledge of study destinations, uprograms, and related education systems (e.g. Germany, France and other countries in Europe) Passion for empowering students and a commitment to ethical and unbiased guidance
