Study Abroad Counsellor

Company Description

We are seeking passionate and student-focused professionals to join our Study Abroad Counselling team. The role involves guiding students in achieving their global education goals through personalized counselling and end-to-end support.

Location:- Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai are available.

Key Responsibilities

● Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities based on their academic background and career aspiration.

● Guide students in selecting suitable universities, programs, and study destinations.

● Assist students in preparing academic documents including SOPs, LORs, and resumes.

● Provide financial guidance on tuition fees, living costs, scholarships, and visa-related

expeses.

● Maintain accurate student records and manage leads effectively through CRM tools.

● Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets while ensuring a high conversion ratio.

● Stay updated with global education trends, university requirements, and admission procedures

Requirements:

● Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in the EdTech or Study Abroad industry (mandatory).

● Knowledge: In-depth understanding of study destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada,

Australia, and Europe.

● Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive abilities.

● Technical: Proficiency in MS Office ad CRM tools.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Masters preferred).

● Mindset: Target-driven, analytical, and proactive with problem-solving capabilities.
