Assistant Manager — Corporate Relationship Program (CRP)
Location: Globsyn Crystals, Kolkata (On-site)
Compensation: ₹40,000 (take-home)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred; short notice periods considered

About the role
Own industry partnerships, drive hiring pipelines, and convert mandates into successful placements. You’ll be the bridge between employers and talent—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage a portfolio of employer partners; convert hiring needs into active requisitions.
• Source, shortlist, and coordinate candidate pipelines for internships and full-time roles.
• Conduct discovery calls, JD intake, and alignment meets with hiring managers.
• Plan and execute placement drives, employer sessions, and industry panels.
• Track funnel metrics: requisitions, submissions, interviews, offers, and joins.
• Strengthen employer branding through recurring touchpoints and success stories.
• Maintain clean CRM data, reports, and weekly dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure candidate readiness: resume checks, mock interviews, and offer negotiations.

What you’ll need

• Strong relationship management, stakeholder handling, and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and handling multiple mandates at once.
• Working knowledge of CRM/Excel; clear, professional communication and presentation.
• Bias for action, deadline discipline, and a “close the loop” mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in corporate relations/placements/talent acquisition/account management.
• Familiarity with campus recruitment, employer branding, and event management.
• CRM exposure (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) and data-driven reporting.
