Structural Engineer

About the Project

Bestfield is an iconic 1.2 million sq. ft. commercial development in North-West Delhi, comprising high-rise office spaces, premium retail, entertainment zones, and waterfront experiences. We are looking for a Client-Side Structural Engineer to oversee execution, quality, and billing while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate structural design, drawings, and BOQs in coordination with consultants.
• Supervise & monitor on-site structural works ensuring adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Verify contractor bills, quantities, and measurements using billing software (e.g., MS Excel, ERP, SAP, or similar tools).
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and statutory regulations.
• Conduct structural inspections, safety audits, and prepare technical reports.
• Track project progress and prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Support procurement and vendor finalization by providing technical inputs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in client-side roles for high-rise commercial/retail projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, SAFE).
• Proficiency in billing & project management software (ERP, MS Excel, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent understanding of quantity surveying, measurement verification, and contract billing.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
