Senior Leasing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Commercial Leasing Manager to oversee leasing activities for commercial and retail properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of corporate occupiers, retail brands, and brokers, and will be responsible for driving occupancy, managing client relationships, and negotiating leases to maximize asset performance.

ey Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue leasing opportunities for commercial and retail properties within the assigned region.

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate occupiers, retail brands, IPCs, and real estate consultants.

• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and assist clients in space planning and deal structuring.

• Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements in coordination with the legal and finance teams.

• Track market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activities to guide pricing and leasing strategy.

• Work closely with developers, landlords, and investors to enhance project visibility and occupancy.

• Prepare and maintain leasing reports, MIS, and pipeline trackers.

• Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns for project positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA in Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial or retail leasing with reputed IPCs / real estate firms.

• Strong network across occupiers, brands, and channel partners.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Understanding of leasing documentation, commercial terms, and real estate regulations.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet business targets.
