About the Role:

A vibrant Strategic Presales Manager is what we're searching for. For someone who enjoys fusing strategy and storytelling and who flourishes at the nexus of digital marketing, business enablement, and research, this is a high-impact, cross-functional position. Supporting new business pitches, developing GTM strategies, organizing inbound campaigns, and turning delivery results into case studies will all be major responsibilities of yours.

Analyzing how our social care and digital marketing teams influence brand interactions and applying the results to inform content and GTM storylines will be a major component of this position.

This position is perfect for someone who likes to play several roles, such as pitch architect, data interpreter, marketing planner, and strategy consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop excellent GTM decks, strategic recommendations, and pitch presentations in close coordination with the strategy head.
• Make strategic judgments by conducting primary and secondary research on customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive environments.
• Collaborate with international marketing teams, particularly those in the US, to develop growth initiatives and inbound campaign tactics.
• Communicate with the delivery, social care, and internal digital marketing departments to glean insights from continuing client interactions.
• Convert social engagement results and customer success stories into persuasive case studies, proof-of-performance slides, and strategic narratives that may be used again in business development.
• Help with pre-sales tasks, such as brainstorming, data synthesis, and final deck development for international customer prospects.
• Keep an organized knowledge base with reusable and adaptable decks, frameworks, and benchmarks.

Essential Competencies & Skills :

• A strategic thinker with a knack for presenting compelling stories, adept at using PowerPoint and producing presentations fit for a CXO.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, inbound, performance, and social engagement metrics; strong analytical spirit; capable of deciphering data from tools such as Sprinklr, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong research and writing abilities, with a talent for turning ideas into well-organized stories; ease collaborating with people from different time zones and countries; and a strong sense of self-motivation, curiosity, and attention to detail.
