Job Description

Strategic Partnership Associate

Role & responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
Initiate and manage relationships with educational institutions, B2B clients, content creators, and ecosystem enablers.
Support end-to-end partnership lifecycle from outreach and proposal drafting to negotiation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with product, marketing, sales, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to discover strategic avenues for collaboration.
Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and pipeline using CRM tools.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth roles, preferably in a startup or EdTech environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a growth mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and collaborative environment.
Familiarity with partnership documentation, contracts, and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Passionate about education, technology, and creating scalable impact.
