Listening to different points of view to make a fair judgement of the situation and requirement of the outcomes of the company Job Responsibilities Planning With the support of the Account Director, to whom you will report, understand client requirements and deliverables for the proposed brand and marketing strategies and execute to meet KPIs Planning and briefing of work management across teams, partners Establishing clarity in briefing amongst clients, partners and team members Clear tracking of account progress and adherence to set processes of the consultancy Standardisation and management of all important documents and information required Execution Craft compelling message strategies that effectively communicate the essence of a brand. Create comprehensive frameworks and execution structures that drive business objectives to new heights. Transform key insights into impactful marketing strategies. Tailor messaging to specific target audiences by building an effective go to market plan. Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate message strategies into broader brand initiatives. Lead execution under the supervision of the account director Required skills and qualifications Hard Skills: Ability to think critically and strategically about the brand's position in the market. Formulate long-term plans aligning with business objectives. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and practices. Understanding of various marketing channels and how they contribute to overall strategy. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. Experience in conducting market research to gather insights can be added skill but not necessary skill. Understanding of marketing frameworks and ability to translate them in to communication approaches. Analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Experience in developing comprehensive go-to-market plans. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
