Graphic Designer (Social Media)

Values Expected Within Ideosphere: - Empathy: Seek to understand the point of view of others - Integrity: Do what you commit to; inform and realign if unable to deliver - Ownership: Take equal ownership of success and failure - Respect: Respect opinions based on facts and validations, with limited biases Job Responsibilities: - Understand the client's industry and communicate with stakeholders via Social Media - Translate message and stakeholder behavior into social media creative - Create high-quality visual designs for social media, including statics, infographics, carousels, stories, and ads - Create animation/moving graphics or video format using Canva or other software - Ensure designs align with client's brand guidelines and communication objectives - Collaborate with content writers and team members for seamless design and messaging - Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver projects on time - Stay updated on design trends and techniques for innovative and effective work - Understand design briefs, research client's brand language, competition, and category - Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy, including arrangement, size, type size, font style, and related aesthetic concepts - Support larger Design team on mandates when needed Job Requirements: - Ability to multitask, be solution-oriented, and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UI/UX design - 4+ years of experience in social media design with a strong portfolio - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, AI tools if any) - Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, and proficiency in After Effects preferred - Passion to learn more about brands and businesses - Strong creative, layout, and analytical skills - Attention to detail, acute vision, ability to handle feedback, and learn - Compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects - Team player CTC Range: INR 700,000 - INR 750,000,
