As an account executive at Ideosphere, you will be responsible for understanding and analyzing key insights through a brand lens, delivering on brand strategies, executing marketing and communication frameworks, and coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external partners. You will serve as the main point of contact for the clients and will be expected to formulate brand strategy, conduct research on brands, markets, and competition, derive insights from the research, and articulate brand strategy, values, messaging, and go-to-market plans. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for marketing and brand narratives, as well as a drive to provide exceptional, result-oriented solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and result-centric account manager to maintain our clients" accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. Execution: - Gather relevant information and insights related to clients" needs and industries. - Create discussion guides based on research and business objectives. - Conduct primary immersions with defined audience sets. - Analyze data and information into clear, actionable insights. - Develop impactful marketing strategies based on key insights. - Tailor messaging to specific target audiences and build effective go-to-market plans. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate message strategies into broader brand initiatives. - Lead execution under the supervision of the account manager. Job Requirements: Hard Skills: - In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and practices. - Understanding of various marketing channels. - Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and compellingly. - Proficiency in market research. - Experience in developing comprehensive communications plans. - Strong organizational skills. Soft Skills: - Disciplined with time and commitments. - Solution-oriented and rational decision-maker. - Ability to give and receive feedback rationally. - Task prioritization. - Well-read with an interest and opinion on various subjects. - Well-travelled and culturally exposed.
