• Own go-to-market for new supply deals (e.g. Snapchat or Leading Content IP)
• Develop packaging, pitch materials, and monetization plans with internal stakeholders
• Drive the first 1–2 live campaigns, and shape the playbook for scale
• Support strategic BD for high-value partnerships (e.g. OEMs, Creator networks)
• Lead opportunity sizing, commercial model design, and MVP pilots (e.g. QR ads, rewarded formats, SDK integrations)
• Build frameworks to test and validate new formats that shift Tyroo toward IP-led monetization
• Identify and manage regional consultants or advisory partners (SEA, Korea, China)
• Lead special projects to map white-space opportunities and build entry strategies
• Bridge strategy and execution for new markets, partners, or verticals
• Prepare strategic memos, board materials, and incubation status trackers
• Lead internal coordination across product, GTM, and ops for incubation bets
• Translate market signals into sharp recommendations for prioritization
• 4–8 years experience in high-growth startups, consulting, VC, product strategy, or strategic partnerships
• Ability to move from idea to execution without waiting for permission
• Commercially sharp with experience in monetization, GTM, or new market entry
• Strong writing, storytelling, and synthesis skills
• Interest in digital media, adtech, CTV, or commerce infrastructure
• Launch of at least one new monetization format or publisher partnership per quarter
• Pilot P&L frameworks for Tyroo’s owned IP monetization (CTV formats, commerce overlays, SDKs)
• One new strategic region or partner category mapped and activated each quarter
• Clear leverage for the CEO on forward-looking business priorities
