Role Overview: As the Strategic BD & Incubation Lead in the Founders Office at Tyroo, you will collaborate directly with the CEO to innovate and implement groundbreaking monetization strategies. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in uncharted territory, transforming initial ideas into actionable plans, strategies into successful projects, and projects into scalable operations. Your primary focus will be transitioning from partner-driven monetization to IP-led value creation, particularly within Large 1 billion USD revenue Digital Businesses, CTV ad formats, OEM integrations, creator monetization, and commerce tech. Key Responsibilities: - Launch New Publisher & Format Partnerships - Take charge of introducing new supply deals such as Snapchat or Leading Content IP - Develop packaging, pitch materials, and monetization strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Drive the first 12 live campaigns and establish a playbook for future scalability - Pilot Emerging Growth Opportunities - Assist in strategic BD for valuable partnerships like OEMs and Creator networks - Lead in determining market opportunities, designing commercial models, and initiating MVP pilots for innovations such as QR ads, rewarded formats, and SDK integrations - Construct frameworks to experiment with and validate new formats that pivot Tyroo towards IP-led monetization - Strategic Market & Capability Development - Identify and oversee regional consultants or advisory partners in markets like SEA, Korea, and China - Take charge of special projects aimed at identifying untapped opportunities and constructing market entry strategies - Act as a bridge between strategy and implementation for new markets, partners, or sectors - CEO Leverage & Strategic Narrative - Prepare strategic memos, board materials, and incubation progress trackers - Coordinate internally across product, GTM, and operations for incubation projects - Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for prioritization Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in high-growth startups, consulting, VC, product strategy, or strategic partnerships - Preference will be given to individuals who are Ex-Founders or have been part of a founding team - Proven ability to execute ideas swiftly without unnecessary delays - Strong commercial acumen with a background in monetization, GTM, or new market entry - Excellent writing, storytelling, and synthesis abilities - Interest in digital media, adtech, CTV, or commerce infrastructure Additional Company Details (if any): This role is pivotal in driving Tyroo towards a future where we have ownership over monetization layers that not only enhance margins and data quality but also establish defensible scalability.
