Store Officer

Specific accountabilities:

• Complete in-charge of material store & inventory management in D365 system at Anand Amul location.

• Manage & track inventory of FG and consumables & chemicals in D365 and related logistics processes for Anand Amul location.

• Single point of contact for maintaining inward/outward entries in D365, opening, and closing stock updated in ERP for production consumables & chemicals and FG straw.

• Maintain record and data for actual monthly consumption, material inward and net material requirement for production consumables on monthly basis.

• Raising consumables & chemicals purchase indent in D365 on monthly basis and for import items on quarterly basis.

• Handle FG Straw packing, counting & dispatches to customer location, complete picking & post packing slip in system at Anand lab.

• Responsible for timely reconciling of physical stock with D365 system and submit the report for Mngt Certification on monthly basis. Investigate material variances and discrepancies and report the same on time.

• Record dispatches and stock movement entries in D3ó5 ERP. Raise transfer orders and receive the same in system.

• Posting product receipt in system for consumables & chemicals/materials as per PO & invoice receipt.

• Maintain record of goods issued/materials issued to the production as per production requirements/schedule. After material issues, post consumption in system in real time.

• Ensure count of production consumables & chemicals and FG stock monthly and run cycle count monthly and report to Purchase Manager at Pune Corporate Office.

• Get training on D365.

• Liaising with Statutory and Group Internal Auditors. Ensure zero non—compliance.

• Any other task as assigned by reporting Manager.

Qualification and experience:

• Any graduate degree with 2+ Years of work experience

• Working knowledge of supply chain, logistics & inventory management.

• Well versed with ERP/ any similar software is preferred.

Other:

• Travel: 20% of the work time (locally).
