Technical Upgradation of sales team in assigned geography. Keeping himself updated with latest technical developments in dairy industry and developing internal competencies to provide customer support. Maximizing Global Reach: Leveraging technical knowledge of global team. Close co-ordination with Marketing function for supporting marketing strategies & campaigns. Imparting Training to procuring entities in GOI Business & other institutions Providing technical services to customers in the assigned geography (On-site and off-site support) Leading customer meeting on relevant topics with an objective to become partner of choice. Handling product complaints and giving feedback to production sites. Nurturing scientific relations with Academic / Research institutions Representing ABS Genus India in scientific deliberations/seminars etc. Publishing articles in Dairy Magazines & relevant peer-reviewed scientific journals, Administration Ensure all required documentation and reports are completed Maintain accurate records of farm visits and ensure that follow-up to customer requests are completed on schedule Attend ABS and dairy Industry meetings / Seminars Qualifications and Experience: Minimum: B. V. Sc or A.H., preferably M.V. Sc (Animal Reproduction / Animal Genetics / Any clinical subject) 2-5 years of Technical Experience, preferably from animal health/Feed additives/cattle feed Exposure to the Dairy Industry/on-site interaction with Dairy Farms / Farmers Flexible to relocate and travel within India Invariably, good communication skills, a Native Language, as well as Hindi & English are a must Proficient in data analysis and the use of MS Office Tools.

Perform analysis, sample preparation, processing, packaging and quality control of bovine semen. Specific Accountabilities: · Ability to coordinate day to day shift activities among a small team. · Exhibit effective communication skills. · Exhibit detail-oriented skills to track samples and document processes. · Set up, operate, and monitor semi-automated systems for biotechnology production. · Operate, care for, and maintain standard lab equipment such as microscope, pH meter, pipettes, centrifuge, etc. · Operate, care for, and maintain unique lab equipment such as auto-diluter, straw filler/sealer, straw printer, straw freezer, etc. · Accurately produce proprietary media for production. · Anticipate potential problems and take preventative action. Requires judgment to know when it is necessary to consult with supervisor and/or support groups. · Work with co-workers and supervisor to effectively troubleshoot equipment and process issues. · Understand how own actions impact others and the final product and use this information in effective decision-making. · Assure accurate and objective sample processing, including analysis of cell motility and morphology. · Packaging and freezing of semen straws. · Quality control assessment of frozen semen. · Maintain correct identification of samples, collection records and database entries. · Clean dishes and operate autoclave. · Promote and maintain clean, organized work areas. · Comply with safety requirements, SOP and manufacturing documentation. · Display willingness to perform non-routine tasks as needed to ensure overall productivity is high. · Consistently seek out more efficient and productive ways to handle tasks within the labs. About Company : Genus Breeding India (ABS India) is part of Genus PLC the world's leading provider of bovine genetics and reproduction services. There is a need for Store Officer at Anand lab, and it will be part of Supply Chain/ Purchasing role, and support accounting team in specific areas, Ensuring statutory compliances and Internal Controls for all India. Specific accountabilities: • Complete in-charge of material store & inventory management in D365 system at Anand Amul location. • Manage & track inventory of FG and consumables & chemicals in D365 and related logistics processes for Anand Amul location. • Single point of contact for maintaining inward/outward entries in D365, opening, and closing stock updated in ERP for production consumables & chemicals and FG straw. • Maintain record and data for actual monthly consumption, material inward and net material requirement for production consumables on monthly basis. • Raising consumables & chemicals purchase indent in D365 on monthly basis and for import items on quarterly basis. • Handle FG Straw packing, counting & dispatches to customer location, complete picking & post packing slip in system at Anand lab. • Responsible for timely reconciling of physical stock with D365 system and submit the report for Mngt Certification on monthly basis. Investigate material variances and discrepancies and report the same on time. • Record dispatches and stock movement entries in D3ó5 ERP. Raise transfer orders and receive the same in system. • Posting product receipt in system for consumables & chemicals/materials as per PO & invoice receipt. • Maintain record of goods issued/materials issued to the production as per production requirements/schedule. After material issues, post consumption in system in real time. • Ensure count of production consumables & chemicals and FG stock monthly and run cycle count monthly and report to Purchase Manager at Pune Corporate Office. • Get training on D365. • Liaising with Statutory and Group Internal Auditors. Ensure zero non—compliance. • Any other task as assigned by reporting Manager. Qualification and experience: • Any graduate degree with 2+ Years of work experience • Working knowledge of supply chain, logistics & inventory management. • Well versed with ERP/ any similar software is preferred.
