Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site System Technician/Intern/Trainee role located in Gujarat (Anand, Mehsana, Patan). The role involves supporting system operations, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting primary equipment issues, executing preventive maintenance routines, and delivering training sessions. The ideal candidate will actively support the team in ensuring systems function optimally to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. Biotechnology/Microbiology/Bio-chemistry/MLT, other relevant deciplines
• Must be able to effectively perform production laboratory tasks for long standing hours
• Must be willing to work in Shifts, weekly rotational basis
• Laboratory experience of 1-2 years is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support
• Strong ability to deliver Training sessions for team members or clients
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in an on-site laboratory environment with excellent conflict management abilities
