Job Description

As a Stores Department employee, your role involves maintaining day-to-day and inward/outward Material Reports. You will be responsible for store audits/operations in projects, reconciliation follow up with HO, and preparing daily & monthly consumption reports. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring that the warehouse is organized and the inventory levels are properly tracked and maintained. - Utilizing skills in stock rotation, order picking, and cycle counting to minimize errors and optimize storage efficiency. - Efficiently managing available warehouse space, organizing products for quick retrieval, and ensuring goods' safety. - Implementing warehouse safety protocols to reduce accidents and maintain compliance with regulations. - Ensuring accurate billing for dispatched goods, maintaining transaction records, and generating timely and correct invoices. - Accurately entering data for inventory management to uphold data integrity and avoid issues such as stock discrepancies or order errors. - Generating reports on store activities, dispatch schedules, and inventory levels to support management decision-making. - Coordinating effectively with your team and other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Addressing real-time challenges like delays, stock shortages, or system errors with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in store management. The job is located in Vijayawada with a CTC of 3.
