About the Role - Position: Store Manager 📍 Location: Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India 💼 Experience: Minimum 8+ years in retail store management 👥 Team Handling: Experience managing 30+ employees 🎓 Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation Responsibil ities - Responsibilities (KRA): ✔ Store Operations Management – Oversee daily operations, sales targets, and customer service excellence. ✔ Team Leadership & Development – Manage, train, and motivate a team of 30+ employees. ✔ Sales & Revenue Growth – Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability. ✔ Customer Experience & Engagement – Maintain high service standards and handle customer concerns. ✔ Inventory & Merchandising – Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, and store organization. ✔ Compliance & SOP Adherence – Ensure store policies and procedures are followed. ✔ Performance Monitoring – Analyze store performance and execute improvement.
