We seek an experienced Store Manager for our upcoming MBO footwear store, featuring 70+ premium brands. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for retail, this opportunity is for you! About the Role - Position: Store Manager πŸ“ Location: Surat, Gujarat, India πŸ’Ό Experience: Minimum 8+ years in retail store management πŸ‘₯ Team Handling: Experience managing 30+ employees πŸŽ“ Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation πŸ—£ Language: Must be proficient in speaking and understanding Guja ati. Responsibil ities - Responsibilities (KRA): βœ” Store Operations Management – Oversee daily operations, sales targets, and customer service excellence. βœ” Team Leadership & Development – Manage, train, and motivate a team of 30+ employees. βœ” Sales & Revenue Growth – Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability. βœ” Customer Experience & Engagement – Maintain high service standards and handle customer concerns. βœ” Inventory & Merchandising – Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, and store organization. βœ” Compliance & SOP Adherence – Ensure store policies and procedures are followed. βœ” Performance Monitoring – Analyze store performance and execute improvement.
