About Us

We are a growing jewellery brand with a premium kiosk presence at CP67 Mall, Mohali. Our collections are known for their elegant designs and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our kiosk operations, manage the sales team, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the jewellery kiosk.
• Manage and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
• Personally handle customer interactions, providing product knowledge and ensuring a premium shopping experience.
• Track sales performance, prepare daily/weekly reports, and implement strategies to improve conversions.
• Ensure proper display, merchandising, stock management, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Handle escalations, customer service concerns, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Graduate degree preferred (Commerce/Business background an advantage).
• Minimum 2–4 years of retail experience, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and result-oriented personality.
• Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
