Job Title: Store Manager – Clothing Retail

Location: Vastrapur

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

• Store Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
• Sales & Revenue Generation
• Drive store sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Implement strategies to boost footfall and increase customer conversions.
• Team Leadership & Staff Management
• Recruit, train, and manage store staff including sales associates and cashiers.
• Schedule shifts, assign duties, and monitor staff performance.
• Motivate the team to maintain high levels of customer service and performance.
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Monitor stock levels, reorder products, and manage stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure minimal shrinkage/loss.
• Customer Experience
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain sales reports, staff attendance, and inventory records.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure the store complies with all company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail role (preferably in fashion/apparel).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of retail software and POS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
