Job Title: Warehouse Manager – Retail Clothing

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure timely inwarding and outwarding of goods with proper documentation.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and take corrective action.

2. Warehouse Operations

• Oversee all day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure efficient space utilization and proper handling of apparel and accessories.
• Implement best practices for storage based on clothing type (seasonal, size-wise, etc.).

3. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

• Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of store or online orders.
• Coordinate with transport partners for smooth and on-time deliveries.
• Track and report order fulfillment rates and delays.

4. Team Management

• Manage and supervise warehouse staff (loaders, pickers, packers, data entry operators).
• Assign tasks, provide training, and ensure shift discipline.
• Monitor workforce productivity and performance.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and store teams for stock requirements and transfers.
• Communicate effectively to resolve any delays, damages, or shortages.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure the warehouse follows safety standards and cleanliness.
• Maintain records as per company policy and legal compliance (GST, stock entries, etc.).
• Implement damage control and loss prevention measures.

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operation reports.
• Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), stock movement logs, and other records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the apparel or retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of inventory software and warehouse systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
