MIS Executive

Kings Young (ELL) is a fast-growing retail clothing brand with multiple stores across Chennai. We are known for our modern fashion collections, strong retail presence, and a culture that values teamwork, discipline, and operational excellence.

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, and support management in decision-making through accurate information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly data from stores and departments (sales, HR, inventory, etc.).
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
• Maintain and update Excel sheets, trackers, and databases accurately.
• Identify data inconsistencies and ensure accuracy through regular validation checks.
• Coordinate with store managers and warehouse staff for timely submission of reports.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, or basic macros.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, IF, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.).
• Knowledge of Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset and good attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Time management and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce, Business, or Computer Applications (B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc IT).
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management (preferably in retail or operations).
• Fresher with strong Excel skills may also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
