Store Manager

An Ice Cream Manufacturing Store Manager oversees daily operations, manages inventory (ingredients, supplies, finished goods), ensures product quality and safety (HACCP, sanitation), handles staff supervision, scheduling, training, customer service, cash management, and coordinates with production/procurement for seamless flow from raw materials to retail, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability while maintaining standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Production Support:
• Monitor raw material/packaging inward/outward movement.
• Coordinate with production for timely material issuance and inventory control.
• Develop and implement production SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Maintain records (temperature, production logs) and ensure compliance.
• Inventory & Supply Chain:
• Track inventory (ingredients, dry goods, paper, equipment).
• Manage stock reconciliation, supplier coordination, and material returns.
• Request reorders and manage vendor relationships.
• Staff & Team Management:
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
• Create schedules, delegate tasks, and provide performance feedback.
• Handle staffing issues and resolve conflicts.
• Quality & Safety:
• Enforce food safety regulations (HACCP, sanitation SOPs).
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper storage.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of equipment/facilities.
• Customer & Sales:
• Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, and address inquiries.
• Manage cash, sales reports, and daily financial reconciliations.
• Work towards sales targets and profitability.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in food/retail management, ideally ice cream/desserts.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
