Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for customer service, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve store sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.

Skills and Qualifications

3-11 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in inventory management and retail software.
Ability to analyze sales reports and market trends.
