Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to deliver high performance. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and motivational strategies. Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee development plans. Sales & Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities. Drive customer engagement through promotions, events, and excellent service. Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service through proactive problem-solving and personalized attention. Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment. Inventory & Operations Management: Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and audits. Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations. Manage store budgets, expenses, and financial reporting. Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain appealing product displays to attract customers. Ensure store layout aligns with brand standards and seasonal promotions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
