Job Title: Store Manager Pharmacy Location: Bangalore/ Delhi/Mumbai Department: Retail / Pharmacy Operations Reporting To: Cluster Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering excellent customer service to drive store performance. Our Pharmacy stores are an amalgamation of offline & online orders in a quick commerce setup Preference- Tata 1 mg and Apollo Pharmacy Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the overall operations of the pharmacy store Ensure any online orders are picked and packed withing 3 minutes of order allotment. Ensure accurate and timely procurement, stocking, and inventory management of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical items Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines in accordance with regulatory standards Ensure planning, availability and management of riders for quick commerce operations Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and that patient data is handled with confidentiality Supervise and motivate pharmacy staff including pharmacists, sales personnel, and support staff Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and pharmacy laws (e.g., Drugs and Cosmetics Act) Monitor expiry, damages, and stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking Address customer queries and ensure high-quality customer service Implement and monitor sales targets, promotional campaigns, and store KPIs Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed in the store Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and pharmaceutical products Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management software Good understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions Qualifications & Experience: Preferable Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) Preferably a registered pharmacist with the State Pharmacy Council Minimum 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
