Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible professional to manage Store Operations, Dispatch, Inward-Outward Movements, and Material Handling at Pinite Industry. The role requires strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, and logistics management to ensure smooth flow of materials and finished goods. 1. Store Management Maintain and monitor inventory of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods. Ensure accurate stock records in ERP system. Conduct periodic stock verification and audits. Implement proper storage systems for safety, accessibility, and space optimization. 2. Inward & Outward Management Handle inward receipts of raw materials, components, and consumables with proper documentation. Ensure timely inspection, quality check, and system entry of materials. Manage outward movement of finished goods with proper gate pass and ERP records. Coordinate with purchase, production, and quality teams for smooth inward-outward operations. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (ERPNEXT, or equivalent). Good understanding of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse practices. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
