Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Distribution Management
    Handle dealers and distributors in the assigned area. Manage and strengthen the distribution network for smooth product availability. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  2. Business Growth & Market Development
    Expand business by appointing new distributors and dealers where required. Identify new opportunities for growth and develop the territory accordingly. Plan and execute promotional and market communication activities.
  3. Channel Partner Management
    Train, guide, and motivate distributors and dealers to increase sales. Act as a trusted advisor for channel partners by providing timely feedback and support. Build long-term, strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and influencers.
  4. Market Knowledge & Strategy
    Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Anticipate future market changes and prepare strategies accordingly. Support company strategy by aligning ground-level execution with business goals.
  5. Team & Performance Development
    Identify strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and channel partners. Provide training and feedback for continuous improvement. Develop the team to perform for both current and future business needs.
  6. Reporting & Financial Understanding
    Monitor sales data, analyze performance, and prepare reports. Understand financial aspects related to sales, including revenue, profit, and expenses. Contribute to improving profitability by efficient sales planning and execution.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must be from the

    Electrical Industry

    with strong knowledge of

    Switches, LED, MCB, or Fans

    .
  • Minimum

    5 - 10 years of experience

    in sales and distribution management.
  • Proven track record of handling

    dealers and distributors

    successfully.
  • Strong understanding of

    market trends, competitors, and channel partner management

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

    .
  • Ability to

    achieve sales targets

    and expand business in new markets.
  • Graduate/MBA preferred, with good knowledge of

    financial aspects related to sales

    .
