Role: Area Sales Manager- Energy Portfolio

Role & responsibilities

Formulate business plans
for state/ assigned area for managing top line growth
Super Stockist & Distributor Appointment
and Effective Management
Create processes
that support the distributors in realizing their interests (ROI/ Claim Settlement)
Manage & Guide the team
to deliver desired results
Sales Planning
Width Beat Plans, New Merchant Opening, Sub-Dealer Appointment / Milk Run Routes
Depth Top Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, QPDS
Set up effective review systems
for CSOs , Senior CSOs and TSIs
Market Execution
: Implementation of Schemes & Trade Marketing plans in the geography assigned
Manage Urban, Semi-Urban & Rural Markets
Report Competition Activities
across categories and State performance to Sales Manager on monthly basis

Preferred candidate profile

Multi Organization Experience: Minimum of two, three preferred FMCG organizations with multi product portfolio
Is an ASM in the current organization or has been an ASM in Current Minus One organization/ role with 3 Years of experience in the geography applied for
Maximum age capping of 35 years (Exceptions can be made in case candidate demonstrates required agility)
