Your Role in the Story:

As Retail Operations Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day running of stores, ensuring operational excellence, world-class customer experiences, and same-store growth across your territory.

Where You’ll Make Impact:

  • Operations Excellence → Ensure SOP adherence, inventory accuracy, housekeeping, and governance. Partner with VM specialists to keep stores visually and experientially aligned with Nicobar’s proposition.
  • Team Leadership & Development → Attract, inspire, and mentor brand ambassadors. Collaborate with L&D to ensure the team is trained and performs at peak levels.
  • Customer-Centricity → Build strong, authentic relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and elevating the Nicobar experience.
  • Local Market & Revenue Growth → Leverage store and neighborhood relationships to drive footfalls, sales, and innovative initiatives like pop-ups or collaborations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration → Share consumer insights with merchandising, marketing, and design teams to inform product and brand strategy.

What You Bring Along:

  • 5–10 years of professional experience, ideally managing stores in high street or mall environments.
  • Strong execution orientation with attention to detail and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to represent Nicobar’s brand and design aesthetic with authenticity and gravitas.
  • Executive presence and collaborative mindset; able to influence without authority.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue, customer engagement, and team performance.
