Store Manager

As a Store Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing sourcing and supplier relationships, overseeing the procurement process, and ensuring cost management and risk mitigation strategies are in place. Your knowledge of Tally software will be beneficial in maintaining accurate records and managing store operations efficiently. In terms of store operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance by keeping it clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Collaborating with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays that align with the brand image is also a key aspect of your role. Implementing security measures to prevent theft and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations are crucial tasks that you will handle. Apart from these operational duties, you will be expected to nurture relationships with suppliers and vendors, engage with the local community through participation in events, and communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you inspire and guide your team towards achieving success. Additionally, your problem-solving abilities will be essential in addressing any challenges that may arise in the store. This is a full-time, permanent position that entails working in rotational shifts. A yearly bonus is included as part of the compensation package. The work location for this role is in person, requiring your physical presence at the store to oversee operations effectively.,
