Position: Store Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Minimum 3 years in FMCG Retail (Supermarket or Hypermarket)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Store Manager to lead store operations, ensure service excellence, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience at an Assistant Manager or Manager level in a supermarket or hypermarket setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Drive sales growth and meet performance targets.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Build, train, and motivate team members to achieve store goals.
  • Handle customer service, feedback, and issue resolution effectively.
  • Monitor financial performance and assist in planning and reporting.
  • Maintain store hygiene and operational standards consistently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG Retail sector (supermarket or hypermarket).
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Strong capability to plan and implement operational and sales strategies.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze store data, identify issues, and execute solutions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with all levels of staff and customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of FMCG retail operations, merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
