Sales Staff

Location: Kakkattil , Kulangarath

working hours: 10 to 12 hrs

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product displays.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, energy, and a passion for customer service.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong upselling and cross-selling abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
